As part of an academic project, I developed SkillConnect, a forward-thinking digital recruitment platform designed to address the inefficiencies in traditional hiring processes. The project aimed to create a scalable, user-centric solution tailored to industries like AI, cybersecurity, blockchain, and VR, where talent shortages are most acute.

Research and Market Analysis
Conducted an in-depth study of recruitment challenges and digital talent shortages from 2015–2022, identifying pain points and market opportunities.
Persona Development and Platform Design
Created detailed user personas (candidates and recruiters) and conceptualized platform features like AI-driven matching, skill vetting, and candidate engagement tools.
Platform Development and Strategy
Designed a comprehensive platform strategy that integrated innovative features such as predictive analytics, gamification, and remote work filters.
